The Kadhai Cooked Food is Rich in Iron, Calcium, Magnesium, and Sulfur which are vital for your wellbeing.
As Clay Kadhai comes from an alkaline source, it reacts with acidity to neutralize the pH balance and make foods tastier and healthier.
How to use
Use a clay Kadai and Tawa only for cooking when the temperature rises gradually. A sudden rise or fall of the temperature cracks the Kadai and Tawa. Do not add broth or cold water to the Tawa that is already heated.
When you are washing unglazed earthenware in the dishwasher, don’t put a clay Kadai and Tawa in with it. This will scratch it.
Avoid using the scratchy powdered cleaner for cleaning Kadai and Tawa. Use only a mild soap. To remove food items stuck to your Kadai, soak them in water without detergent. The clay absorbs the detergent and makes it poisonous.
