Plant Returns: Not Accepted
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on plants, as they may suffer during transit. However, we guarantee that every plant will arrive at your doorstep in excellent condition.
Due to the nature of shipping, your plant might appear slightly stressed or dull upon arrival. Don’t worry! With proper care, sunlight, and watering, it will bounce back to its vibrant, healthy state.

Non-Plant Product Returns: Accepted
We take care in selecting the best products for your plant care needs. If a non-plant product reaches you in a damaged condition or if you’re simply unsatisfied, we’ll gladly accept returns on unused or unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Contact our support team to initiate the process.
Self Return Process for Non-Plant Products
If you’re unhappy with a non-plant product, you can return it to us within 7 days from the delivery date. Once we receive the item, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method. Note that shipping charges for returns will be your responsibility.
