    I received the plant in really good condition, however the response for basic questions from the people handeling their online account is pathethic and dismissive. I have tried contacting them on multiple sites multiple times but there was no response given. I had ordered for a NPK Bonsai essential food for 6 months which never arrived and on questioning them, they never bothered to answer.
