Replacement [when damaged]- Accepted If your product arrives damaged during transit, we’re happy to offer a replacement. To help us process your request quickly, please send us clear photos and a video of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving it. Our team will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to ensure you receive your product in perfect condition.
Plant Returns: Not Accepted Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on plants, as they may suffer during transit. However, we guarantee that every plant will arrive at your doorstep in excellent condition. Due to the nature of shipping, your plant might appear slightly stressed or dull upon arrival. Don't worry! With proper care, sunlight, and watering, it will bounce back to its vibrant, healthy state. If you have any concerns about your plant’s health, our support team is here to help: Non-Plant Product Returns: Accepted We take care in selecting the best products for your plant care needs. If a non-plant product reaches you in a damaged condition or if you're simply unsatisfied, we’ll gladly accept returns on unused or unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Contact our support team to initiate the process. Self Return Process for Non-Plant Products If you're unhappy with a non-plant product, you can return it to us within 7 days from the delivery date.
