📦 Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are typically processed and shipped on the next working day after placement.
- If there’s any delay due to stock, weather, or logistics issues, our team will proactively inform you.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
🌱 Packaging for Live Plants
- Every plant is carefully packed using specialized materials to protect the roots, pot, and foliage during transit.
- We include moisture retention material and ventilation-friendly packaging to ensure the plant survives the journey comfortably.
⏱️ Delivery Timelines
- We use reputed courier partners for PAN-India delivery.
- Typical delivery time is 2 to 5 business days based on your location.
- Remote or out-of-delivery areas may take longer.
📍 Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address and phone number are entered correctly at checkout. Incorrect addresses, invalid PIN codes, or unreachable numbers can result in failed deliveries or plant loss.
Note: In cases where the delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the plant may perish during return transit and refunds or replacements will not be possible.
🔄 Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email to monitor your order status in real time.
📸 Upon Delivery
Please open your plant parcel immediately upon delivery. If you notice any major physical damage to the plant, take clear photos and share them with us at shop@abanahomes.com within 24 hours of receipt.
💡 Pro Tip
Plants may shed a few leaves during transit due to stress. This is natural and does not indicate damage. With proper care, the plant will recover quickly once acclimatized to its new environment.
