Ficus retusa tree care:

You can follow some basic rules to care the bonsai for optimal growth;

  • Make sure your bonsai is getting enough water and light.
  • Recommended potting mix: 40% Garden Soil 25% cocopeat 25% Organic waste/Vermicompost 10% charcoal chips and perlite.
  • Fertilise your bonsai once a month. Do not feed them in winter.
  • Trim off any dead or diseased Leaves.
  • Don’t Re-pot Directly after receiving the tree. You will get a pre-potted bonsai, but for any reason if you have to re-pot it, wait for a few weeks.
