What is the return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of plants, live plants are non-returnable once delivered and can only be cancelled before shipment. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours for review and possible replacement.
For your satisfaction, we can share plant images before shipping on request—please mention this in the order notes.
Non-plant items can be returned within 10 days, and refunds (if applicable) are processed after inspection, with shipping charges deducted in case of delivery issues.
