Ans. We, not only, sell the bonsai plants, we help you own it. So you should not be worried about the caring as long as you can give time to it. Don’t think that you can buy and forget it. You’ll need 5 minutes to water your plant. If you can do, we are all in to help you in shaping it up.

Ans. Bonsai Plants are live creature. So like we human, they also need food, water and air. So yes, it needs fertilizer.

We will either deliver a new product or refund the amount to you. Subject to the Terms and Conditions, once refund is initiated by Abana Homes, it takes 8-10 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.

Ans. You can change or cancel the order before it is shipped. So you have 24 hours time approximately to make your mind and change or cancel it. Once the order is shipped, it can not be changed, or cancelled.
